In the recently registered CHS shares have been allotted in Jt. names, viz. self and wife, as we are the joint owners of the flat.
Since my wife has expired recently I intend to make my unmarried daughter as an Associate member of the above society,
Is it possible to do so as somebody has advised that my daughter can be made a nominee only? If so, I would like to know the procedure therefore and the relevant forms required to be submitted.

Very specific question can be answered which can be of use to the questioner if name of the State in which CS is registered and which Model Bye Laws are applicable in the absence of this info answers are given making assumption and if assumption is wrong answer is wrong and waste of time of every body. Associate Member can be registered at any stage.
