I need following law relating to cooperative societies act. How membership of the society member can be terminated?

If you are a Member wishing to quit from the Co-operative Society you can resign the membership and if you owe no dues it will be accepted immediately and the money paid for shares will be returned to you.
If you are a Secretary and want to terminate any member find reasons to expel him and follow the procedure as per bye Laws.
