How can one judge a society to know its intention? Any way to find out that it is truly willing to work ethically and is not going to cheat members? I am asking this question to you because I want to make carrier in this sector and I want to join a multi sate and multi purpose co operative society in Uttrakhand.

It depends on you. If you are honest hardworking and ambitious your place of work does not matter that much as for one ownself there is some guarantee not for others.
