Whether cooperative housing society can ask for every month donation from the tenant in addition to the monthly maintenance charges with 10% NOC?

Society and Tenant are not having any contractual relationship. There is no way the Society can directly approach the tenant. The Society has to tell the member who has sub-let the flat to whatever legal rights society has on member. Asking Donation is not a right of the Society.
