Our housing society is situated in Wakad, Pune and is the type of TENANT CO-PARTNERSHIP type.
My question
1) When does Bye-laws provided in this document https://sahakarayukta.maharashtra.gov.in/site/upload/documents/Model_ByeLaws_of_Housing_Cooperative_societies.pdf , will become effective ? Because it is mentioned as (proposed) in above doc.
Actually I want to find out: does owner need to get the NOC from society before renting flat?

The proposed bye laws on web site are Model Bye Laws and are effective in relation to a society after they are adopted by your Society. Till then NOC is required for renting out.
