Recently our housing society had conducted a election for the MC as per new election rules. The new MC selected / chose the advisory committee of 3 members .These members are other than the MC.My question is whether the advisory committee should be constituted by the MC or the general body. Also, where can I get additional information on the same regarding advisor committee. Because I am unable to find it in new bye laws.

This concept was mooted by the then Lokpal some 6-7 years back but it did not catch up. Now if any advisory is appointed that is purely voluntary step by the committee to liaise with member and try to make things work better so nothing wrong.
