Would like to know whether admission of her son as a joint member in a housing cooperative society is permissible in West Bengal where the mother is the primary member.
If the same is allowable then what is the criteria to be fulfilled by such intending joint member and procedures involved.

Yes the son can be admitted as Associate Member. He should be competent to enter in to contract.
