Please decide the states in which you want to open MSCS and form a group of 50 PERSONS in each State who are willing to join you in your adventure. Next step is write down the economics of what these 50 people in each State want to achieve with what resources. Having done this, walk in to the office of Central Registrar AT THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS after taking appointment.
