I would require your expertise in knowing on what grounds my gratuity will be calculated and if there is any provision to get the gratuity amount in any other bank and organisation instead of the bank account that i have with the bank that I am working with.

An employee is covered by Payment of Gratuity Act. Agent of any establishment is not an employee of the Bank. In any case you may put this question to Personnel Department of the bank for which you are working as collection Agent.
