Please walk in the office of your society. Ask for inspection of registered bye law. You will find there in a list of functions of Committee as also Secretary. I suggest you ask for certified copy there of which will cost you Rs 100 or so and carry home. Read it more often. In the next election you will find yourself in the society office as an office bearer.
