We are having 400 independent plots/houses in Dutt Nagar Indore in MP. We are interested to start registered cooperative society to perform common activities.
Please guide us the right way to start.

Please prepare a comprehensive plan of activities contemplated to be performed for that will be the minimum that the Registrar of Societies will have to be convinced that your plan make an economic sense to let it go on stream.
Rest is procedural and if impressed the Registrar himself will gude you in the matter. You need to form a group of 10 independent Promoter Group to present the case to the Registrar.
