I am self employed professional. Basically I am from village background. I want to establish one cooperative for my area so I can able to give employment to fellow young villagers so it can help in the development of my area. I want to know following things from your good-self.
1. How to establish one cooperative; 2. Process; 3. Formalities

Cooperative Society is a voluntary formation of at least 10 adults belonging to ten completely unconnected families. These ten people should define an economic activity (in detail: Funds and Income potential) in which they can profitably engage themselves to which all ten people give their consent. No one individual can establish a cooperative alone.
If this much is done formalities and process of registering is simple. Walk in to the office of Dy Registrar of Cooperative societies with these papers and someone will tell further procedure which is not a big deal.
If the Dy Registrar is impressed about the homework you have done, he will be too glad to guide you to file an application for registration of the Society.
