Since it is your wish to set up a society you only need to put down what exactly you want that society to do, that will become the objectives. you will have to convince 9 more people on your ideas then you can prepare an economic feasibility plan and get approval of all 9 and meet the Dy Registrar of the nearest cooperative society office and discuss your plan. If he is convinced of your plan that it is workable you go ahead with registration. Procedure is not complicated at all.
