I am cooperative background student and would like to pursue an PHD programme (rural development) through the subject of cooperatives. As we know Germany is the model for the coops in all over the world. If we see in India, it is like a top down drown approach rather than the cooperative principles. Many of them aware that principles are 7 but none of them able to express clearly except than the google (web).
I would like to know the role of Election Commission in conducting the elections in the PACS located in Andhra Pradesh / Telangana.
