I have been following your post for quite some time now,
Have two queries who’s answers seems to create more confusion to me as I keep on reading more and more post .
1: Associate Membership nomination to the youngest son
==> Query : Can this associate member who happens to be the youngest son, who’s name is not on Share Certificate ? Will be considered in discussion taking place in General Body? Is his voting can be counted?
2: Associate Membership nomination to Brother
==> Query : Can a Elder brother nominates Associate Membership to Brother who’s name is not in the Share Certificate ? Can this person become part of Committee Member ?

Person who’s name is not on Share Certificate is neither a member nor an Associate Member and question of taking part in the discussion taking place in General Body would not arise as he will not be allowed to sit in the meeting, Question his voting also would not arise. Question of such a person becoming a member of the Committee would not arise as such a person is not a member.
