As a disable person, I am planning to start Dairy Milk Farm at my own place. I approached Nabard office NUNGAMBAKKAM BRANCH CHENNAI as per their instruction
They simply avoided me and I could not meet them in person. Later one of the officers informed that they do not give loan to individuals and finance only Large Banks. Please advice, I am having collateral security for my loan amount.
