I am secretary of my Co-Operative Housing society. I want to know, if an owner transfers his/her flat to her legal heir in a gift deed, what will be the transfer fees that society shall take?
We take 25000/- as a transfer fees as of now for regular sale agreements.

Transfer fees as per latest bye laws Model 2001 is provided in the Bye Law No 38(e)(iv) reproduced below.
