Section 110
1.Lists out powers of Liquidator in which following two clauses give answer to your question:
2.To carry on the business of the society, so far as may be necessary for the beneficial winding up of the same;
3.Gives power to liquidator to sell the immovable and movable property and actionable claims of the society by public auction or private contract, with power to transfer the whole or part thereof to any person or body corporate, or sell the same in parcels;
Admitting members is vested only in the elected managing committee which has been suspended under liquidation proceedings corporate, or sells the same in parcels.
