Can outgoing MC member go for re-elections?

My query is whether the outgoing or existing managing committee can stand for re elections if their 5 years term is completed as per the New Bye Laws of 2014.

Please clarify the above regarding eligibility of candidates of Committee members for elections.

Bye law Number 117 specifies situations under which a person cannot become a Member of the Committee which does not include a member of the outgoing Committee.
