I would like to have some information regarding a case where a member is not staying in the cooperative society and yet continues to be the members of the MC.
Sir, a committee member of the society has left the society and is staying on rent in some other society since last more than 6 months.
Can that person be a member of the committee?

There is nothing in bye laws to qualify a member being on the committee of CHS who stays in a rented house in another premise belonging to another CHS.
