I am buying a flat with parking in the society. My father has already a flat in the same society. I want to know if I can sell only flat and retain parking with me.
Second :One for our society members sold his flat and parking to MR A. Can Mr A sell this parking to me as I am already having one flat in society.

Scene one-
Parking cannot be owned by a person who is not a member. Parking is part and parcel of a flat.
Scene two-
If a member has a flat but no parking he can acquire parking from another member in the same society.
