We are 32 Members society in Ghatkopar, Mumbai and our committee is 3 Years old and we are going for redevelopment of our building.
I would like to know whether we need election or can continue with the old committee as we are going for redevelopment.

By virtue of constitutional provision per Article 243ZJ(2) and Section 73AAA(3) of MCS ACT 1960 tenure of all committees(existing and future) is 5 years having all powers of committees elected for less than 5 years also.
