He is unwell and cannot take stress. I am a daughter staying with him. I had filled a associate form with 100rs fee but now the society says . Cannot attend meeting as per the new byelaw as my name is not there on the share certificate. Suggest a solution.

In CHS answers to questions depend on certain information which is absent in your mail.
One is the state which your CHS is registered. The Model of bye laws based on which your CHS has registered its Bye-Laws.
I suggest get a certified copy of your registered bye-laws (it costs about rs 100/-) or inspect free in the office.
You should study bye laws about Associate Membership – definition, eligibility, procedure to make application, Attachments to application and time limit given to CHS for disposal of the Application.
You submit the application for Assocaite membership with Share Certificate. If your CHS has not adopted 2014 Model Bye laws you will be admitted.
If the society still does not act show them the bye laws. You deposit the Application Entrance fees and Share Certificate with the CHS take receipt there of. If you do not hear until expiry of three months you deem to be an Associate Member.
You will find in you bye-laws that what I am saying is correct.
