Kindly let me know the authenticity of the society registered under the number MSCS/CR/817/2013. Their emblem and the company name is as follows.
Also advice me on how to get their bye law of the above society to transact with them and to know the legal implication. They are refusing to hand over the copy of the bye law and I need to get a copy. Is it possible to get the same through RTI. Kindly advice on the above issues please
