I would be very much obliged if you give me your valuable advice one below
1. If associate member can take the lead to sell the property without any objection from the first owner of the property .
2.Can other family member such as brother and sister can claim if the property is sold by the nominated associate member by first owner?

1. Associate member cannot sell the flat.
2. Legal heir can claim the property producing certificate of succession.
