Whether Co-operative Banks are covered under RTI act? If yes what are the relevant sections?

Registrar of Cooperatives are covered under RTI. Any information of any society the Registrar is supposed to have as per Law on his records are accessible through RTI.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET FAMILY PENSION TO THE WIDOW OF A PERSON WHO HAS WORKED IN COOPERATIVE BANK FOR 24 YEARS AND TAKEN VOLUNTERY RETIREMENT AND DIED AFTER 2 MONTHS.
I want to know which rti act …which show us that cooperative banks are under rti
