Is it possible to add new member/share holder in CHS? These members were not interested at initial stage when actual CHS registered.

In a Cooperative Society one of the essentials of membership is economic interest. In a CHS it is a flat. Once CHS is registered all the flat purchasers have to become member. For unsold flats Chief Promoter is the member which he is entitled to sell t new members. After that a person can be admitted to nominal membership when he takes a flat to occupy under leave licence agreement with prior approval of the committee.
There after an Original member can make a request to committee by filling up a prescribed form admit a person as associate member who can vote in general meeting if original is absent. a nominee can be admitted to original membership upon death of the nominator.
THERE IS NO OTHER WAY FOR a person to be admitted to the membership of a CHS
