IFFCO is not only producing and selling fertiliser but also creating awareness among the youth about cooperatives. An interactive session was organized recently in which young professionals from ‘Asia Pacific Institute of Management’ visited IFFCO Sadan to learn about Cooperative Governance.
During this IFFCO Director (HR & Legal) R P Singh and Jt. General Manager (Cooperative Development) Santosh Sukhla apprised the youth of the cooperative model.
They explained to the young visitors how Cooperatives worked and also the 7 Principles of Cooperatives.
“Rajendra Singh Saheb resolved many queries of participants in an easy to understand manner. A lot of management tips were also given to all participants”, said Sukhla while posting the details though his facebook wall.
