The eighth session of the National Review Workshop held in Varanasi concluded with a strong emphasis on enhancing communication and outreach in the cooperative sector. The session was led by Ashish Kumar Bhutani, Secretary, Ministry of Cooperation, under the guidance of Joint Secretary Anand Kumar Jha.

During the session, Director Kapil Meena outlined key guidelines for states to strengthen media and communication strategies to amplify the impact of cooperative initiatives. States such as Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh shared best practices, highlighting progress from grassroots to digital platforms.

The session also featured insights from Amul on leveraging artificial intelligence and social media to reach wider audiences. Key focus areas included expanding digital presence, promoting success stories, benchmarking top cooperatives, and encouraging states to actively engage with local and social media for broader public outreach.
