Madhya Pradesh Cooperation Minister Vishwas Sarang reaffirmed the importance of the cooperative movement while addressing the State Conference and Felicitation Ceremony organized by Sahakar Bharati, Madhya Pradesh, at Samanvay Bhavan in Bhopal on Sunday.
The event, focused on fisheries and tourism sectors, was inaugurated by the Minister through the ceremonial lighting of the lamp.
Addressing the gathering, Sarang emphasized the guiding principle, “Without cooperation, there is no prosperity,” highlighting the vital role of collective effort in economic and social development.
He noted that the event was not merely a formal function but a reflection of a strong collective resolve towards cooperation, collaboration, and self-reliance. He added that sectors like fisheries and tourism hold immense potential in strengthening rural livelihoods and boosting the state’s economy through cooperative models.
Sarang also appreciated the efforts of Sahakar Bharati in promoting cooperative values and empowering grassroots institutions across the state.
