VAMNICOM conducted recently a four day training program on “Cultivating Belongingness & Ownership.”
The core objective of the program was to develop employee engagement – the key factor for organization, development & growth. Thirty participants from various IIFCO plants in the country attended the program.
The program was inaugurated by Nakul Pathak, Senior GM(HR) IFFCO, Dr.K.K.Tripathy, Director VAMNICOM , Satish Naib, State Marketing Manager IFFCO, Pune, Prof Anil Karanjkar&Dr.ManishaPaliwal , Programme Director & IFFCO Chair Professor.
The valedictory speech was delivered by Dr.K.K.Tripathy. The concept of the program was highly appreciated by the participants.
