The Uttarakhand State Cooperative Bank has identified 24 people who owe the bank a sum of Rs 176.68 crore, reports Pioneer.
The bank will forfeit their properties and recover dues by auctioning them.
The bank has sent many reminders to the offenders but to no avail.
