UP Cooperative Minister Mukut Bihari Verma’s statement on the Ram temple and Supreme Court has angered Muslims who have demanded his dismissal from the cabinet for disrespecting the judiciary, reports a news outlet.
The statement made by the minister was ”the Ram Mandir will be constructed in Ayodhya because the Supreme Court is ours”.
Meanwhile, several Muslim leaders and social activists have vehemently criticized the UP coop minister for his irresponsible remarks.
