In a bid to save the employees from Covid-19, Uttar Pradesh State Cooperative Bank has distributed face shield masks to all its employees.

Sharing the news with Indian Cooperative, Bank Managing Director Bhupendra Vishnoi said, “Employees safety is first for us because all are involved in public dealing. Over 1500 face shield masks have been distributed among the employees and several police personnel”.

Besides, the bank has also given an incentive of Rs 1,000 to all the employees of the bank for purchasing masks, sanitizers and other protective gear for their family members. We are also urging customers to maintain social distance while coming to the branches of the bank”, he informed.

Earlier, UPSCB was in news for being one of the first co-op bodies to install a disinfection tunnel in its premises.
