Preparations for the upcoming Cooperative Week, scheduled from June 29 to July 6, and the Cooperation Ministry Foundation Day on July 6 were reviewed at a high-level meeting held in Lucknow on Monday.
Uttar Pradesh Cooperation Minister J.P.S. Rathore chaired the meeting and issued necessary guidelines to ensure the successful organisation of various programmes and activities during the week-long celebrations.
The meeting was attended by Principal Secretary (Cooperation) Ajay Kumar Shukla, Registrar Yogesh Kumar, Uttar Pradesh Cooperative Bank (UPCB) Chairman Jitendra Bahadur Singh, PCF Managing Director Chandra Bhushan Tripathi, and managing directors of various cooperative institutions.
The Cooperative Week is expected to feature a series of events showcasing the achievements, outreach and contribution of the cooperative sector across the state.
Officials were directed to make necessary arrangements and ensure active participation from cooperative institutions throughout Uttar Pradesh.
