The Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court has refused to grant any relief to Hira Lal Yadav, Additional Commissioner, Cooperative Department, in the case of his involvement in illegal recruitment in Uttar Pradesh Co-ops, according to a media report.
A division bench of Justice Ramesh Sinha and Justice VK Srivastava passed this order while dismissing the petition of Hiralal Yadav after hearing it through video conferencing.
Readers would recall that the allegations were made against Yadav in the FIR registered by the Special Investigation Team on the complaint of Assistant Manager and Assistant Manager (Computer) in the cooperative department during the Akhilesh Yadav government in 2015.
