Uttar Pradesh Agriculture Minister Surya Pratap Shahi on Monday inspected the Sadhan Sahkari Samiti Limited, Kabrai in Mahoba district.
During the visit, the minister informed farmers about the importance of registering themselves on the Agriculture Department’s “Darshan Portal.”
He said that registered farmers will be provided free mini-kits containing 2 kg each of seeds of gram, moong, pea, linseed, and mustard by the department.
He further clarified that just like fertilizers are available at government cooperative societies, they are also being supplied through private shops. Farmers were urged to obtain necessary fertilizers from either cooperative societies or private outlets as per their convenience.
