Uttar Pradesh govt will soon establish a natural farming board to be headed by the chief minister and with several members of the cabinet as its members including the minister of cooperation, according to media reports.
The move is aimed to fulfil the BJP’s poll promise. The proposed body will promote cow-based organic farming in a big way.
The agriculture minister will be the vice- chairman of the board.
