For a change the Reserve Bank of India has withdrawn Direction operative on U.P. Civil Secretariat Primary Co-operative Bank Ltd., Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
The UCB was operating under restriction since September 19, 2018. Directions imposed were extended and modified from time to time, last such extension being up to December 25, 2020.
In a press release the RBI noted that on being satisfied we hereby withdraw the said Directions so issued to U.P. Civil Secretariat Primary Co-operative Bank Ltd., Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
A copy of the directive is displayed in the bank’s premises for perusal by interested members of the public. The bank will continue to undertake regular banking business hereafter.
