BJP Leader Chaudhary Yashveer Singh has been elected as the new Chairman of the Uttar Pradesh Construction & Labour Development Federation (LACFED), in an election held on Monday.
Singh hails from Meerut district of Uttar Pradesh and was the senior leader of Rashtriya Lok Dal. He joined the Bharatiya Janata Party in November 2022.
Besides, Ms. Jayati Srivastava was elected as the Vice-Chairperson of the UPCLDF.
