UP appoints new Auditors to boost Co-op Transparency

In a significant step towards strengthening the cooperative ecosystem, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announced the appointment of newly selected auditors through the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC).

The appointment letters will be distributed to auditors selected for the Cooperative Societies and Panchayat Audit Department, along with the Local Fund Audit Department.

By ensuring a robust and transparent audit framework, the state government aims to enhance financial discipline in cooperative institutions, including credit societies, dairy cooperatives, and other grassroots bodies. Strong auditing practices are key to building trust among members and ensuring proper utilization of funds.

The Chief Minister extended his congratulations to the newly appointed auditors, expressing confidence that their role will help strengthen cooperative governance and promote a more accountable and efficient system across Uttar Pradesh’s cooperative landscape.
