Crypto Daily reports the United Multistate Credit Cooperative Society Limited will provide cryptocurrency banking services in several of its physical branches.
The society has entered into a joint venture UNICAS with UK-based banking platform Cashaa to facilitate this business process.
This will make it possible for the society’s customers to go to a branch and make transactions through cryptocurrencies.
Sources close to the society and UNICAS are quoted saying they will be the first regulated financial institution in the world with physical branches where users can carry out crypto transactions.
