The Uralungal Labour Contract Cooperative Society (ULCCS) was recognized at the International Forum on the Social Economy held in Donostia – San Sebastián from May 28 to 30, a media report says.
The forum focused on reducing inequality and strengthening social labour. Kishor Kumar, ULCCS’s chief project coordinator and director of the National Labour Federation, presented a paper titled “The Model Uralungal Offers the World in the Social Economic Framework.”
The event served as a global platform to showcase cooperative models and social enterprises, drawing attention to the relevance of social wealth economy models before international policymakers.
