Udhamsingh Nagar DCCB announces 12% dividend

Uttarakhand based Udham Singh Nagar District Central Cooperative Bank earned a net profit of Rs 7.05 crore in the 2020-21 FY. It was revealed during the Annual General Meeting of the bank held on Wednesday.

As of 31st March 2021, the bank’s deposits stood at Rs 1,061 crore, total loans amounted to Rs 755 crore and working capital Rs 1,632 crore and share capital Rs 28.37 crore. The Net NPA and CRAR was 4.73% and 30.23% respectively.

On the occasion, the bank’s officiating President Yogendra Singh Rawat presented the blueprint for the progress of the bank. He informed that the proposed new branches at Diuri, Chakarpur and Mahuakhedaganj have started working.

Rawat informed that the remaining branches at Nanakmatta, Sisauna, Sakania, Sultanpurpatti, Mahua Dawra and Hariawala will also start operating soon. The bank is committed to helping farmers, members and others.

Uttarakhand State Cooperative Bank Chairman Dan Singh Rawat was the chief guest on the occasion highly praised the efforts of the bank in fulfilling the needs of the community as well as farmers.

The bank’s General Manager Ram Awadh Singh presented the agenda and annual figures before the delegates. On the occasion, Uttarakhand State Cooperative Bank’s Chairman Dan Singh Rawat, the Bank’s former Chairman Subhash Behar and others were present.

The bank announced a 12 percent dividend to its shareholders.
