Karnataka-based Tumkur Merchants Credit Cooperative Society has given an accidental insurance cover of Rs 5 Lakh to Lokesh (Member) who had died in an accident.
The cheque was handed over to Getha (his mother) by the Society President Jayakumar last week. It bears recall that the bank has recently tied up with ICICI Lombard.
The society was registered as Souhrada Credit Cooperative Limited on 23rd March 2006, it commenced operations on 30 April 2006.
