Maharashtra based Tuljabhavani Urban Cooperative Credit Society marked its 20-year journey with a grand celebration, ‘Snehjagar 2026’, held on May 3 at the Fern Hotel. The event celebrated two decades of trust, consistency, and cooperative strength.
Over the years, the society has emerged as a strong financial institution, recording deposits of around Rs 790 crore and advances of Rs 525 crore, with total business reaching nearly Rs 1,200 crore in FY 2025–26. It has also reported a net profit of about Rs 16 crore.
The programme began with an address by CEO Shahaji Shejul, who reflected on the society’s growth, challenges, and the contribution of employees in building a robust institution.
Spiritual leader Shyamsundar Sonner Maharaj delivered an inspiring message, while poet Atmaram Kuthe added vibrancy with a poetry recital.
A key highlight of the event was the felicitation of high-performing branches and staff, recognising their contribution and motivating continued excellence.
In his presidential address, Chairman Chandrakant Shejul spoke about future opportunities and responsibilities. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Ashok Magar.
