Tripura marks IYC 2025 with State-Level Closing Ceremony

The Cooperation Department of Tripura organised the State-Level Closing Ceremony of the International Year of Cooperatives (IYC) 2025 on December 22 at Sukanta Auditorium, Agartala.

The programme brought together cooperative leaders, government officials and key stakeholders from across the state to celebrate the achievements, innovations and contributions of cooperative societies in Tripura. Shri Tapas Ray, Secretary, Cooperation Department, Tripura, graced the occasion along with other distinguished dignitaries.

Speakers highlighted the role of cooperatives in strengthening livelihoods, promoting inclusive growth and supporting socio-economic development in the state. The event reaffirmed Tripura’s commitment to advancing the cooperative movement.
