Tribute paid to Co-op Stalwart Tapeshwar Singh

On the death anniversary of his revered grandfather, former Member of Parliament and legendary cooperative leader Tapeshwar Singh, BISCOMAUN Chairman Vishal Singh paid heartfelt tributes at the BISCOMAUN campus. Floral wreaths were offered at the life-size statue of the late leader in remembrance of his enduring contribution to India’s cooperative movement.

Remembering his grandfather’s vision, Vishal Singh said Tapeshwar Singh firmly believed that “true agricultural development is possible only through cooperation.”

Guided by this philosophy, he played a pivotal role in strengthening BISCOMAUN and the Land Development Bank, ensuring farmers received fertilizers, seeds, and essential agricultural inputs through cooperative institutions.

Singh reaffirmed his commitment to carrying forward his grandfather’s ideals and working tirelessly to take the cooperative movement to greater heights. Several dignitaries from the cooperative sector were present to offer their respects.
