In a bold expansion plan, Tribhuvan Sahkari University aims to open 15 to 20 new schools across various states. To support this initiative, the Ministry of Cooperation has urged state governments to allocate land and buildings for these new schools. Interested state governments can send their proposals to the Government of India.
In a visionary step to strengthen cooperative education in the country, the Ministry has also invited states to actively partner with Tribhuvan Sahkari University, India’s first university dedicated entirely to cooperative education and training.
States have been requested to prepare a list of their cooperative education and training institutions and encourage them to affiliate with Tribhuvan Sahkari University, with the aim of creating a unified and empowered cooperative learning ecosystem.
Proposals from the states can also be sent directly to Tribhuvan Sahkari University.
