A Cooperators Training Programme was successfully organised in Kamareddy district of Telangana to promote awareness on the usage of Nano Urea, Nano DAP, Nano Zinc and Nano Copper, with a strong focus on sustainable agriculture and soil health management.

Experts from the agriculture and cooperative sectors addressed the gathering, emphasizing the need to reduce excessive chemical fertilizer usage and adopt nano and organic alternatives.

Representatives from IFFCO elaborated on services offered to farmers, cooperative principles and innovative products supporting cost-effective farming. Officials from the Cooperative Department, ATMA and KVK highlighted soil testing practices, conservation methods and the long-term benefits of nano fertilizers, particularly in dryland agriculture.

Participants were also informed about various farmer-centric schemes, bio-fertilizers and crop insurance initiatives. Progressive farmers shared practical experiences on how nano fertilizers helped reduce input costs and enhance crop yields.

The programme witnessed active participation from 55 PACS CEOs and 85 fertilizer salesmen, making it an informative and impactful session for the cooperative farming community.
